Scope and orders
These terms describe the proposed framework for Thinkanet LLC VPS and dedicated server services. An enquiry alone does not create a service order. Before service begins, the customer and Thinkanet must confirm the configuration, price, billing period, deployment arrangements, and applicable terms in writing. A specifically agreed order term takes precedence over a general description on this website, subject to mandatory law.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into the service agreement. Supply accurate contact and billing details, keep them current, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity of people you authorize to use your service.
Service specifications
Website configurations and prices are indicative offers for discussion, not confirmation of inventory. An order must identify the resources provided and any usage limits. Network port speed is not guaranteed throughput. A VPS uses shared physical resources; a dedicated server reserves a physical machine as specified in the order. Ask us to confirm operating systems, management, backups, licensing, or network features you require.
Customer workloads and backups
You retain your rights to your content and must have the permissions needed to store, process, and distribute it. Use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Maintain independent backups and recovery procedures. Do not assume that server management, application maintenance, or backup restoration is included unless the order expressly includes it.
Payment and service changes
The accepted order and invoice specify charges, due dates, renewal arrangements, and any setup costs. See Billing & Refunds for cancellation and billing enquiries. Resource changes, migrations, or additional services require confirmation of feasibility and price. An unpaid or disputed invoice should be raised promptly so the parties can discuss its effect on service.
Suspension and termination
Thinkanet may restrict service where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity, material policy breach, legal requirement, or non-payment under the agreed order. Notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided where practicable; urgent threats may require immediate action. You can contact support to request review. Arrange data export before service ends; continued storage or recovery after termination is not promised.
Availability and responsibility
No uptime credit, fixed response time, or service-level guarantee is included solely by publication of this website. Any such commitment must be in the accepted agreement. Services can be affected by maintenance, faults, external networks, and circumstances outside reasonable control. Each party remains responsible for obligations and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Questions, disputes, and updates
First contact admin@thinkanet.com with the relevant order and a description of the issue so we can seek a resolution. Applicable governing-law or dispute provisions, if needed, should be specified in the accepted agreement. Material changes affecting an existing order should be communicated before they apply and cannot override rights protected by law.
