Lawful and authorized use
Use services only for activity you are legally entitled to perform. Do not host unlawful material, exploit people, facilitate fraud, distribute child sexual abuse material, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable restrictions on trade or export. You remain responsible for users you permit to access your service.
Security and communications
Do not conduct unauthorized access attempts, credential theft, malware distribution, botnet control, denial-of-service attacks, or phishing. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or deliberately evade abuse controls. Security testing must be authorized by the owners of the systems involved; discuss activity likely to affect shared infrastructure before running it.
Resource use
Stay within the resources and transfer allowance in your order. Do not deliberately interfere with other customers or network operation. If sustained CPU, storage I/O, or traffic requirements may affect shared infrastructure, ask us to evaluate a suitable configuration. A listed port speed does not grant unlimited transfer or exclusive network capacity.
Reports and response
Report suspected misuse through the Abuse Reports page. Include enough information to identify the service and incident. Depending on severity, a response may include investigation, a request for remediation, traffic restrictions, suspension, or termination. Urgent protective action may be necessary before notice can be given.
Review and remediation
A customer who believes action was taken in error can email support@thinkanet.com with the service identifier, incident details, and remediation evidence. Review does not guarantee restoration where the activity remains unlawful, harmful, or incompatible with the agreed service.
