For immediate threats to personal safety, contact the appropriate emergency services.
Useful incident details
Provide your contact details, the affected IP address or exact URL, a description of the activity, and timestamps with a time zone. Include relevant log excerpts, message headers, or other evidence that helps identify the incident. Avoid sending passwords, unrelated personal information, or harmful attachments.
Copyright and other rights
Identify the work or right at issue, the exact location of the allegedly infringing material, your relationship to the rights holder, and a clear explanation of the complaint. If you are seeking to submit a formal statutory notice, ensure it satisfies the applicable legal requirements and verify the proper recipient. A general enquiry does not replace those requirements.
Handling and follow-up
Reports may require clarification or referral to the responsible customer or infrastructure provider. Relevant report details may be shared as needed to investigate or respond, subject to applicable law.
